Clearly Overdue....

Clearly this action is long overdue. One look at this man's problematic service record tells us Sheriff Rutherford has an open policy of protecting bad cops. Furthermore this situation underscores the need in stopping the "Free Ride" program many cops now enjoy at taxpayer's expense...
