How cleaver,... Mayor Brown uses the city budget cuts to pave the way for hiring his new cronies and paypals. That's a good magic trick there Alvin. Perhaps you should use some of your wizardry to make the worthless "Human Rights Commission" disappear as well. That could really save the taxpayers some big bucks.Of all the impotent, useless city agencies within Jacksonville government, JHRC sticks out like a pimple on a pigs ass.There has never been a more arrogant, more inept group of people than those working for this agency. If ever there was a true waste of taxpayer dollars it is right there in plain view.This office is nothing more than a political pay-off machine for the mayor and his political pals...
