Ridgeview Principal Charged With DUI - Jacksonville News Story - WJXT Jacksonville:
This should be a wake-up call to anyone that operates a motor vehicle after sundown in and around Jacksonville. It's obvious that police are so money hungry for cash that they no longer require or care about physical evidence when charging people with a crime. This individual no doubt has the financial wherewithal to spit this case back into the face of authorities. However, what about the average working man that falls into the same trap. The apparentness of this new law enforcement tool is just one more assault against the Constitution and our rights to due process...
