This new drug testing law is like an iceberg upon the water. You can only see what's on the surface while the real danger lies just beneath the distorted water line. Our slick-ass governor and his pals in law enforcement sought to collectively trample many areas of our Constitutional rights with this poorly disguised junk law. Had he gotten away with this open assault on our rights and privileges, you would have seen many new such conditional requirements in other areas of state entitlement such as Unemployment Compensation or Medicaid just to mention a few.Historically, we all know that when the state gets an inch, it will always take an additional mile. Perhaps though, the most amazing part about this unlawful attack is that Scott with all his arrogance thought he could actually circumvent existing Federal HIPPA Laws by openly allowing medical test results to go to law enforcement. One can only imagine how far Scott's tyranny would go without a Constitution and Federal Courts to stop him in his tracks. This Judge should be rewarded for her swift noble act and legal courage. By stopping Scott and recognizing him for what he truly is, she has brought honor to the court and spotlighted our governor for what he really is,...a common tyrant! 'via Blog this'
